This is a cafe , but it does simple things very well . My wife and I had the lasagna and prawn cocktail , which came with chips , garlic bread and a lovely salad. Not just some mixed leaves but a salad done my care , it had pomegranate drizzled on it aswell . A coffee and a bottle of water all for just over £18 . The sandwiches are massive, and it was a shame I was full because the cakes are homemade and looked gorgeous. They serve alcohol aswell which can be a bonus. If you want nice food and want to support a local business , try it because il be going back very soon .

Love this place. Normally little shops who have regulars are "off" with newcomers and with my anxiety i cant wait to leave... well not this place I walked in and was greeted like a friend, I felt comfortable (also because the seating is super comfy) plus my little dog was welcome and got a sausage on the house! It's a place I definitely will return to...plus the coffee was divine.

Ordered a chicken Sunday dinner takeaway, which I collected and have just finished, was really good. I can never be bothered to cook a Sunday dinner and always wanted an easy option. Now I've found one close to home, all homemade, all cooked to perfection and large portion too. Would definitely recomend. Saved the best till last, the gravy! Large tub full and absolutely delicious. My dad would have asked for a slice of bread to finish, smothered in that gravy! That's how my mum knew she'd made a good gravy!
